How to Send a DMCA Takedown Notice

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours
We will review your claim and remove or disable access to the material promptly (usually within 24–72 hours) if it violates copyright
We will notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) and provide them with your takedown notice
We terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notification containing:

Your contact information and physical/electronic signature
Identification of the removed material and its original location
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake
Consent to jurisdiction in your local federal court

We will forward counter-notifications to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless legal action is filed.
